Services are provided on a month-to- month basis and clients may cancel their service at any time at least (3) three days in advance of any upcoming recurring payment. Unfortunately, responses to disputes are taking longer, but our process doesn’t change. Due to COVID-19 the 30 calendar day rule specified under the FCRA is not enforced and the bureaus have as much time as needed as long as they are making a good faith effort.
With that said, we’ve seen clients get results back between 40 to 60 days. This is also why we do more than just disputing in the program to improve credit scores.
